Understanding
Context
Innovamat is an edTech company that brings the science of math teaching to the classroom in an easy-to-use product. It’s purpose is to unleash everyone's potential through education.
This didactic proposal includes didactic guides for teachers to properly prepare a rich class dynamic. In this project, we have iterated this didactic guides in order to make them a digital product.

It was conducted a design workshop in order to analyze the previous version of the didactic guides and write down the improvements based on qualitative data.

The objetive was to provide the writers the iteration capability. Integrating a CMS allowed to keep changing the digital guides once published.

Percentage of users presenting sessions per week has increased from 27.5% (2021) from 33% (2022), and the trend in 2023 is expected to be higher than 44%.
Average session preparation per week and user

In primary school, the average session preparation per week has increased from 1.64 (in 2021) to 1.98 (in 2022), and in the current academic year is increasing until 2.5.
Feature adoption



At the time of the screenshot, the smart-guides were implemented in EY and SE. In this last table it is posible to see a higher session done percentage for these educational periods.
Reflection
To truly make an impact, you need to develop the ability to influence other teams to align them with your vision.
I aligned the stakeholders to define a product that would work well for us, but I failed to include content teams in the conversation. From this, I have learned to include layout, writing, and illustration teams involved in the conversation so that the product and its content are more harmonious.
